Sales Professional – Information Technology (IT) Managed Services
We are looking for an individual who is a closer and has a proven track record of generating sales.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing new client relationships through existing contacts, prospecting and networking. The candidate will be selling IT managed services along with our many other services with no restrictions. Individuals must be energetic and have a strong desire for personal growth and professional success. Successful candidates will be able to listen to a prospective client’s pain points and effectively communicate the business value of our IT managed service offering.
Job duties include prospecting, qualifying and closing sales. Other requirements include managing and tracking all phases of the sales cycle in our CRM system and preparing proposals. The sales representative will be expected to meet quotas and regularly report on revenue forecast, prospecting activity, opportunity progress, closed business and lost business.
Desired Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum three years direct selling experience
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with prospects
Ability to use Microsoft Office software to generate proposals and communicate with prospects
Previous experience selling IT professional services or hardware/software
Bachelor’s degree
Job Responsibilities:
Prospect for new leads using telesales and networking techniques
Set appointments with business owners and CEO’s
Track phone calls, meetings and prospecting activity in CRM
Generate proposals
Close new monthly IT service contracts
Meet sales goals

Systems and Network Engineer
We are looking for a Systems and Network Engineer to join our team of technical staff. The position full-time employment with benefits and would start immediately.
Candidate will provide a first line of technical support for our clients.
Duties include technology setup/configuration, ongoing maintenance, user support and hardware troubleshooting. Applicant must have experience in Microsoft related technologies such as Windows 2000/2003, Office 2003/2007 and Exchange 2000/2003/2007. Handheld Candidate should also have experience in networking technologies such as Cisco.
Candidate should possess a strong ability to work individually on smaller projects and be part of a project group on larger initiatives. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be willing to work off hours and weekends as needed.
Help Desk / Customer Service
We are looking for a Help Desk / Customer Service person to be based at our Mount Prospect datacenter and another offsite at one of our major accounts. The position is a full-time employment with benefits and would start immediately.
Candidates will provide a first line of technical support for our clients.
