We began working with e.Solutions in the beginning of 2005. The level of service from our existing support organization was steadily deteriorating, and we found ourselves forced to distribute many of our internal IT support functions across existing personnel. Though dramatically easier to manage, we found ourselves quickly missing expertise in other areas as individuals were shuffled to accommodate our network. It was time for a change.
We were hesitant to enter into an agreement given past issues, so we decided to field test e.Solutions by having them perform a Network Review. We were impressed with their results, and intrigued by their recommendations for our long-term network improvement. So much so that we signed on to their Platinum program.
In the relatively short period of time since, we have dramatically increased our network stability, and are in the process of integrating our other locations into a centralized WAN. Constant monitoring, and easily accessible remote support have helped to keep our reactionary support costs down, while keeping our long-term objectives in sight.
Their systematic approach to our network has been refreshing. In our fast-paced market, we don't have time to analyze the pros and cons surrounding each and every IT decision. Trusting e.Solutions with our network has played a pivotal role in our reaction time, and ability to capitalize on existing and emerging technology.
