RE: 2-Year IT Outsourcing Renewal

At the June 27, 2007 meeting, the Board of Education unanimously approved the 2-year IT Outsourcing Renewal Agreement with e.Solutions. Enclosed for your files is the signed agreement.
On behalf of the Board, I wanted to let you know that acknowledgment of hard work and effort was given to you personally by the Board members. e.Solutions has worked over the past two years to continually improve our technology and provide reliable service. Your regular reporting to the Board has given them the information to see what progress has been made, as well as give them insight into future plans for technology in the District, which is what they will need as they Board plans for the future. We look forward to a continued working relationship with e.Solutions, and you personally, for the years to come.
